My friend Thomas and I went on a 22+ mile mountain bike ride today. He is an amazing man and a great friend (and an ok mountain biker.) He will be traveling to France soon and hopefully will pass the Butterfly coin on to someone there!

My best friend Bob is recovering from surgery... he broke a bone in his wrist and had to have a metal plate put in a few days ago. I brought him a bottle of Advil, a bag of jalapeno kettle chips and spent a couple hours with him playing a game... I even let him win! HAHA he actually kicked my but in Dominion but I'll get him next time!
