Happy Wheels, another iconic flash game, pioneered the online creation and sharing of user-generated levels. Every side-scrolling platformer survival level required players to use disposable limbs to get to the finish, whether they were an old guy in a wheelchair, father and son on bicycles, or an adult man on an unwieldy Segway.

Cawthon and Kira Breed-Wrisley, with whom he co-wrote the novelization of the FNAF series, wrote "Silver Eyes." They collaborated on three versions of this story in one year, adapted from the game Five Nights at Freddy's.
