If you go to the Rediff.com homepage, tap on the "create a Rediffmail account" button at the right-hand side of the page. To sign up for Rediffmail, enter your name, your Rediffmail ID, your Rediffmail password, etc.

Enter the code in the Rediffmail registration form, and tap the options of "Create my account".
