Glaucoma is an eye condition in which the optic nerve of eye gets damaged. Optic nerve is an important part of our eye as it sends visual information from the eyes to the brain. Glaucoma generally occurs when the fluid builds up in the eye and put high pressure in the eye and this leads to damaging optic nerve.
